Mentally-retarded teenage Indian boy in Pak prison in Karachi for three years

The Pakistan-India People's Forum for Peace and Democracy, has released the photograph of a boy aged around 17-18, who, it says, has been in Karachi central prison for the three years. "He is an Indian, but cannot give any details on his family or home address -- all he says is Bharat", claims the Forum.
According to the statement, "He is not mentally stable and is suffering from TB. It is unlikely that the states will be able to confirm his nationality with no leads -- requesting friends here to spread the message, so perhaps we can use media to highlight his case -- all he says is his name is Chevy, son of Lorak."
The Forum says, "The boy was arrested in 2014 and his sentence ended in May 2015."
